There are so many people that feel like I have been speaking all of my life, but I never been heard. My purpose for writing this book is to bring an awareness to everyone the importance of valuing the opportunity to listen to others on a deeper level - even when what they are sharing with you are things that you cannot relate to and don’t have a personal impact on your life.
Remember, listening is most effective when a person listens with a purpose. Most importantly, effective listening begins with a motivation to hear, to understand, and to remember.
